Last Friday evening I hosted the final Circolo dinner (for now) and it was incredible.

The space was filled with the most amazing arrangements, thanks to the overly talented @craig._long 

We talked, we laughed, we ate and shared stories and built new friendships of support and connection.

Thank you to everyone that joined one of the dinners, I hope you enjoyed them as much as I did hosting and bringing you all together.

WARNING 🚨 these things will happen to you if you build your brand with me......

Right now, I really wish I could hire myself and this is why.

I’m in the middle of needing to shift my brand. 

It’s not a total rebrand, but it’s definitely an evolution. A refresh. 

I’m changing who I want to work with. I’m refining my message. And that means how my brand looks, sounds, and feels needs to evolve to align with where I’m going.

I want my bigger message to land. I want the words to feel sharp and clear. 

But I’m sitting here trying to work through it alone, and it’s made me realise how much harder this is when you are the brand.

When I work with my clients, I ask the right questions. I dig beneath the surface. I hold space for their ideas and shape them into something that aligns with their truth and their goals. 

I bring structure to the chaos. I draw it out of them.

But right now, I’m trying to do all of that for myself. And it’s hard. 

I’m zooming in and out. Trying to analyse and articulate. Trying to work out how my offers align with my why, how to reposition myself, how to show up differently, all while still being inside it.

And this experience has reminded me, so clearly, of the value of what I do for other people.

 Because this isn’t just about a new colour palette or some fancy tagline, it’s about clarity, alignment, and being able to build something that reflects who you are and where you’re going.

This is the work I do with my clients. 

And right now? I wish I could sit across from myself and do the same for me.

At The Branding Roundtable this week...

A few people were talking about their brands and sharing what they do to work through their messaging, and without realising, they kept zooming into the offer level. 

The product, the service, the features.

But here’s what I kept bringing them back to:

🔥 Your brand is not your offer.

🔥 It’s the bigger message that sits above what you sell. 

🔥 The part people connect with. 

🔥 The feeling they buy into.

Your offer might be coaching or courses, or a salon service. But your brand? That’s about freedom. Or calm. Or growth. Or confidence. 

That part is the real brand and doesn’t change, even when your offers do.

If someone buys into your brand first, and they Know, Like and Trust the brand, it’s so much easier to guide them to the right offer later.

I delved into each brand at the table and showed them what their BRAND was really about beyond the offer and how to ALIGN their message and start speaking like a brand, not a business.
