What I’d share on socials when a brand reinvents itself

I have a client about to relaunch her new brand as part of a brand reinvent, and she asked what to share on socials. She has a skin clinic, so I thought I’d share with you what I shared with her.

A brand reinvent isn’t just a new logo and colour palette. It’s an evolution, a chance to reposition what you, and start a fresh new chapter for your business.

And if you’re going to launch it on socials, you need to take people on the journey with you, not just show them the pretty new visuals and hope they get it.

Here’s what I’d post about:

  1. The new visual identity: Show off the logo, colours, uniforms, assets, signage, all of it. Let people see the transformation.
  2. Why you’ve rebranded: What prompted this evolution? Share the honest reason behind the shift.
  3. Your vision: Where are you taking the business and why does it matter?
  4. What the brand messaging means to you: Go deeper. What’s the meaning behind it all?
  5. How you want your clients to feel: What experience are you creating for them now?
  6. What you value and pride yourself on: What do you stand for and how do you deliver on that in everything you do?
  7. Your awards: Reshare those achievements. They’re proof of what you’ve built.
  8. Your signature services: Why are they so good? What makes them different? Remind people.
  9. Your story: Take them on the journey again. How did you get here? What’s changed?
  10. The future: How is the business evolving and where is it headed? Give them something to be part of.
BONUS: The team

Introduce (or reintroduce) the humans behind the brand. Share personal details, what they love, what they fangirl over. Make it real.

A brand reinvent is an invitation into a new chapter. Make people feel part of it.

P.S. If you want help taking your rebrand from visuals to a full audience experience and make people feel part of your next chapter, you can book a 60-minute one-on-one Brand Strategy Session with me and we’ll map out exactly how to do it.
