REALITY OF TRAVEL LIFE 🌎✈️

....you hit walls....I've been on the go now for over 3 weeks.

LOTS of people time, lots of being in a HIGH energy state, lots of energy going out, little time to recharge.

Today is my last day in Byron, my flight out is at 5.45pm, I get home 4am on my current time clock.

I hired an e-bike for 24 hours as I really wanted to lap up my last few hours and ride around, see all the things, swim, beach walks, go up to the light house...

But honestly, I've run out of steam, I'm so tired and I have a massive week ahead.

Living so "make all the memories", I struggle to give myself permission to STOP and let my body rest, but today I had to listen #thanksmum

I will come back and can see more then. Part of travelling is also knowing when you need to stop.

I'm sleeping here where I stayed for 4 hours till my bus picks me up.

Laptop closed, will spend my travel time home resting as much as I can. Thankful I have #qantasclub

They are full days, so minimal work in my biz till Friday.

Of course, I'll keep you in the loop on stories, but it's tools down and time for big picture thinking the next few days while I immerse myself in the experience xx
