When women look at each other like this 😍...there is no competition, just pure support, adoration of each other, and 100% collaboration. It wasn't like this in the corporate world, I was always seen as a threat. This meant that I always had a target on my back and had to constantly fend to protect myself. The funny thing is, there was no need for anyone to be threatened, I never wanted anyone's job. I just wanted to kick arse at mine and win as big as possible for my employer. I was always incredibly loyal and passionate. I worked way longer and harder than I was ever paid for. I built their empires like they were my own. That didn't work out so well for me. I sacrificed myself, my happiness, and my health because of it. Now my client's benefit from passion and my mind mulling on their businesses (and mine) 24/7 - yep even when I sleep. They love and appreciate it, and that makes me so happy. Since leaving in Feb last year, I have been so lucky to month by month, meet, connect, and bond with incredible women wanting the same as me. To win at what they do and impact as many people with their talents as possible. We aren't threatened by each other. We support each other. My advice is to invest in building your circle and adjust each other's crown. We can all win together and have an amazing time along the way. @thereal_emgee @beckyfelstead thank you for your love and support xx
